How to create a new schedule adjustment calendar is as follows:
Create a new schedule adjustment calendar
Create a schedule by clicking the "Adjust the schedule" button
- Login to TimeRex, click on the "Adjust the schedule" button on your MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard, and then click on the Calendars.
- Set the Calendar name, Booking duration, Reserved time before and after, Participants selection, Calendar Slot Availability, and Online Meeting Settings.
- Click on Create Calendar.
- Please copy the URL and direct participants to it.
Create from tab
- Login to TimeRex, go to your MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard and click on the Create a new calendar link in the Calendar List tab.
- Set the Calendar name, Booking duration, Reserved time before and after, Participants selection, Calendar Slot Availability, and Online Meeting Settings.
- Click on Create Calendar.
- Please copy the URL and direct participants to it.
Items that can be set in the schedule adjustment calendar

- Schedule Adjustment Calendar name
- Booking duration (Can be set for 15 minutes or more in increments of 1 minute up to a maximum of 480 minutes)
- Reserved time before and after (Can be set in increments of 1 minute up to 180 minutes)
- Change the schedule name of the reserved time
