TimeRex supports the creation of teams with multiple members.
You can only create teams on the Basic and Premium plans.
What you can do by creating a team
It will be possible to adjust the schedule to take into account persons present.
You can overlap the calendar with the selected team members and suggest to the meeting partner the dates when all the people in the room are available.
How to create a team
1.Log in to TimeRex and view Dashboard.
2.Click Upgrade under the sidebar on the left of Dashboard.
3.Please go to create a team from Upgrade on each plan's introduction page.
Set the Team URL
On the team creation screen, you will be asked to enter the team URL as the team information.
The team URL will be part of the URL on the schedule adjustment calendar.
Team URLs cannot be changed later or used identically.
If you create an additional team, please set it up with a newly created one.
