You can set up a schedule to be shown to your meeting partner in TimeRex's schedule adjustment calendar.
How to set this up is as follows:
Setting the day of the week and times to be presented as a candidate date
You can find the default settings for "Day of week and timezone settings" in the "Schedule" menu of your account settings.
If you wish to change the default values, click on the day of the week you wish to change, and enter the information in the format 00:00.
If you want to apply the changes to other days of the week, select the day of the week and click "Save".
Set individual time for specific days
For Basic Plan or higher, it is possible to set up individual time for specific days.
If you check the "Set individual time for specific days" box, a calendar will appear, so click on the date you want to set individually and enter the time.
Dates with individual settings will be displayed in a darker color.
Individual time can be set up to six months in advance from the time you create or edit the schedule adjustment calendar.

Setting the Booking acceptance period
You can choose between " Automatically set" and " Specify dates" for the Booking acceptance period.
"How many hours in advance can bookings be made?" "How many hours in advance can bookings be made?" ,TimeRex will dynamically set the booking acceptance period to be adjusted based on the time when the person who receives the TimeRex URL accesses the calendar page.
Set the start and end dates of the period to be displayed as schedule candidates.
The start date can be set up to 365 days in the future from the time the schedule adjustment calendar is created or edited, and the end date can be set up to 100 days in the future from the start date.
The start date will be automatically updated if the person you are scheduling with accesses the URL after the date you set as the start date.
For example, if you access the schedule adjustment calendar with a start date of April 1 on April 10, the candidate dates displayed will be after April 10.
If you try to access the schedule adjustment calendar after the end date, the message "You are currently out of the registration period." is displayed.
