You can download a CSV file of the results of the schedule adjustment.
※ CSV download is available with the premium plan.
Method of CSV export
- Click on the "Bookings" tab in the dashboard.
- Click on "CSV Export".
- Select the period of coverage (up to 6 months).
- Click on the "Export" button
- Click on the "Download Page" button or the link in the email notification of export completion.
- Click "Download" of the target data to download CSV.
The download page displays the date and time of the export run and the user who performed it.
What is included in the CSV file
The contents contained in the CSV file are as follows.
- Calendar Name
- Date and time of appointment
- Appointment status (confirmed / cancelled)
- Reason for cancellation
- Canceled by
- Host Participating Member
- Guest's company name
- Guest's name
- Guest's email address
- Guest's comment
- URL parameter
- Date and time of scheduling
- Other information obtained from the meeting partner (answers to the items set in the question item customization)
