If you have trouble processing your credit card payment, you will be subject to usage restrictions.
In case of payment failed
If your credit card has a problem processing your monthly (or annual) payment and the payment is not successful, we will take the following steps.
|Number of days in which contract renewal failed|
Day 1 - the day the payment failed
|We will send an email to the administrator and any payment contacts|
|We will send a reminder email to the administrator and any payment contacts.|
|Day 3||We will send a final reminder email to the administrator and any payment contacts.|
|Day 4||The plan agreement is suspended.|
Update your payment information
You can update your payment information on the Team Settings page, under Contract Plan > Payment Method. Only the owner can do this.
