When your Zoom account is connected, you will be able to select "Zoom" in the "Online Meeting Settings" section of the Create and Edit Schedule Calendar page.
After selecting "Zoom" in the Online Meeting Settings, a Zoom meeting will be created automatically when a booking is made.
The issued Zoom meeting URL and meeting ID will be displayed to the scheduling partner when the scheduling is complete.
It will also be recorded in your Google Calendar or Microsoft365 calendar.
If the other party is logged in and using TimeRex, the Zoom meeting URL and meeting ID will also be recorded in their Google Calendar or Microsoft365 calendar.
In addition, we will send you and your scheduling partner an email with the information you entered when scheduling the meeting and the URL meeting ID for the Zoom meeting.

Can I use a Personal Meeting ID (PMI) or fixed URL for Zoom URL?
The Zoom integration function issues a separate URL for each schedule adjustment, so it is not possible to use a Personal Meeting ID (PMI) or fixed URL.
If you wish to use a Personal Meeting ID (PMI) or fixed URL, you can share it with the person with whom you are scheduling by setting the web conference setting in the scheduling calendar to "Off" and then writing the URL of your Personal Meeting ID in the "Message when booking is completed."
