To use TimeRex's Basic and Premium plans, credit card registration is required along with the paid plan application.
To change your registered credit card, please follow the instructions below.
Credit card changes are located in the Team Settings section of TeamSpace.
- Team owner logs into TimeRex and accesses the dashboard.
- Click on the team name displayed in the upper left corner.
- Click on the appropriate team space in the "Change Space" column.
- Click on the "Team Settings" button and click on "Plans".
- You can change your credit card by clicking on "Change Credit Card" under "Payment Method" in the second section from the bottom.
