Both the host and his or her guests can cancel the bookings even after the arrangement has been made, in case of bad convenience.
Cancellation of appointments is only possible in the "Calendars".
If you wish to cancel a date in the "Group (3 Companies) poll" mode, please contact the person with whom you wish to cancel the date directly.
Here's how to cancel an appointment.
A guest cancels an appointment.
- Open the schedule adjustment completion e-mail.

Click "Cancel" in the email.
- Click "Cancel Appointment" on the cancellation screen.
- Confirm the appointment to be canceled and click "Cancel Appointment.If you want to let them know why you are cancelling, you can fill in the comments section of the cancellation screen.
- When the "Booking Canceled" screen appears, the cancellation process is complete.
The host cancels an appointment.
There are three ways to cancel an appointment from a host.
- Cancellation from the schedule adjustment completion email
- Cancel from the linked calendar
- Cancel from the dashboard
Cancellation from the schedule adjustment completion email
- Open the schedule adjustment completion e-mail.

Click "Cancel" in the email.
- Click "Cancel Appointment" on the cancellation screen.
- If you wish to notify the other party of the reason for cancellation, you may enter it in the comment field of the cancellation screen.
If you wish to request a rebooking, you can enter the URL of the scheduling calendar to facilitate subsequent scheduling. - When the "Booking Canceled" screen appears, the cancellation process is complete.
Cancel from the linked calendar
- From the linked calendar, click on the appropriate appointment, and then click on the URL for cancellation.
- Confirm the appointment to be canceled and click "Cancel".
- Click "Cancel Appointment" on the cancellation screen.
Cancel from the dashboard
- From the Dashboard, click on "Bookings" in the Calendars, then click on the appropriate appointment.
- Confirm the appointment to be canceled and click "Cancel".
- Click "Cancel Appointment" on the cancellation screen.
Schedule Cancellation Deadline
You can set a deadline by which guests can cancel or reschedule their appointments.
By default, you can cancel until the end of the appointment. (If the appointment is scheduled from 10:00 to 11:00, it can be canceled until 10:59)
The method for setting cancellation/reschedule deadlines is as follows.
- In the "Do you want to set a cancellation/reschedule deadline for the appointment? item, check the "Set an appointment cancellation/reschedule deadline".
- Set any time (the maximum time limit for a deadline that can be set in the custom settings is 720 hours.)
Cancellation deadline settings are available for Basic Plan and above.
