Both the host and his or her guests can cancel the bookings even after the arrangement has been made, in case of bad convenience.
Here's how to cancel an appointment
A guest cancels an appointment.
(1) Open the email for adjusting the schedule.
(2) Click the cancellation URL in the email.
(3) Click "Cancel Booking" on the cancellation screen.
If you want to let them know why you are cancelling, you can fill in the comments section of the cancellation screen.
(4) When the following screen is displayed, the cancellation process is complete.
The host cancels an appointment.
