When a contract is renewed in TimeRex, a payment completion email will be sent.
The team owner can change the recipient of the payment completion email by following the steps below.
Process
- Login to TimeRex with the owner's account.
- Click on the team name displayed in the upper left corner.
- Click on the appropriate team space in the "Change Spaces" column.
- Click on the "Team Settings" button.
- Please change the "Email Address" field in the "Billing Information" section.
