Group (3 Companies) poll feature allows three or more parties to coordinate dates.
Group (3 Companies) poll function is available for all plans, and there is no limit to the number of times you can use group voting to coordinate dates.
The maximum number of Group (3 Companies) poll is 6 for the Free Plan, but can be set to 10 for the Basic Plan or higher.
The following three steps are used to coordinate the dates for group voting.
- Create a page for group (3-companies) poll
- Guests indicate their availability for each potential date
- Host finalizes dates
1. create a page for Group (3 Companies) poll
Create a schedule by clicking the "Adjust the schedule" button.
- Log in to TimeRex, click the "Adjust the schedule" button on the MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard, and click "Group (3 Companies) poll" .
- Set the schedule name, schedule duration, web conference settings, and time zone.
- Click on "Proceed to selecting a schedule date".
- Click the date and time you want to use as a candidate date and time
- Click on "Create".
- Copy the URL and send it to the participants.

- Login to TimeRex and click on the "Group (3 Companies) poll" tab on your MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard
- Click on the "Creat Page" button
- Set the name of the appointment, the time required for the appointment, the web conference settings, and the time zone.
- Click on "Proceed to selecting a schedule date" button.
- Click on the date and time you want to use as a candidate date and time.
- Click on "Create".
- Copy the URL and send it to the participants.
2. Guests answer whether they can attend or not for each candidate date.
Guests enter their attendance information and send their responses as follows.
- Access the URL of the schedule adjustment page received from the host.
- Answer "yes" or "no" (◯ or ×) for each of the possible dates.
- Enter your name, e-mail address, and other information.
- Click on "Answer attendance".
3. The host confirms the date.
In Group (3 Companies) poll, a response notification will be sent to the host for each guest who responds "yes" or "no".
Once all the participants have responded, please confirm the date.
- Log in to TimeRex and click on the "Group (3-way) Voting" tab on the MySpace or TeamSpace dashboard.
- Click "Preview schedule confirmation page" for the appropriate group vote.
- Confirm participants' responses and click "Confirm".
An email notification will be sent to all participants when the date is confirmed.

Do guests need to register with TimeRex in order to reply? (Guest side)
Guests can reply without registering with TimeRex.
Is there a limit to the number of guests who may respond? (Guest side)
There is no limit to the number of guests who may respond.
Can I change my answer after I have responded? (Guest side)
No, it is not possible to change the content of the response after the attendance response has been made.
If you wish to change your response, please contact the host directly.
Can I change or cancel the date and time after the date is confirmed? (Host/Guest side)
No, it is not possible to change or cancel a date after it has been confirmed in the Group Poll.
Will the proposed date and time be registered in Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar? (Host side)
Yes, the date and time selected when creating the Group (3-way) Vote page will be registered in the Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, which are linked to TimeRex.
Once the dates are confirmed, all appointments other than the confirmed date and time will be deleted.
Can Group Voting be used with smartphones? (Host side)
No. Creating a Group Vote and confirming a date are available only on PCs.
Attendance and absence responses on the guest side are also available for smartphones.
Is there a limit to the number of group votes that can be created? (Host side)
Yes. All plans allow for an unlimited number of group votes.
Can I duplicate (copy) a group poll that I have already created? (Host side)
Yes, you can duplicate (copy) a group poll that you have already created.
The appointment name, duration of the appointment, web conference settings, time zone, and Slack integration settings will be inherited from the original.
