After creating a Group (3 Companies) poll, you can ask your scheduling partners (guests) to enter their attendance on the group voting page in two ways.

Method A: Copy the URL for scheduling and contact the company by e-mail, etc.
After creating a group (3 companies) poll, please copy the URL and contact the customer via email or chat tool.
Method B: Send an email from TimeRex requesting attendance input
After creating the group (3 companies) poll, enter the guest names (optional) and guest email addresses (required), and TimeRex will send an email requesting attendance input.
You can send an attendance input request e-mail to up to 10 people.
Guests enter their attendance from the attendance input request email they receive.
